“The caps I have bought deteriorate quite quickly. I had 4 of them all broken after 2 use (probably each one being used a couple of time a week for 6 months). You agreed to send me one replacement (which i thought was a poor substitute). This one has started to show rip signs on the front of the cap after one wash.”

“Your customer service is excellent, friendly and reliable. However, the time from my(second) order 27 May to delivery to a parcel shop in Berlin on 11 June 2025 appeared quite long to me. Partly the delay is due to the insufficiencies of the German Parcel Service GLS, who is known for delays. (Just for you to know they for example do not deliver on Saturdays.) For me it would have been helpful to know in advance that the parcel will need between 12-16 days to arrive. Perhaps you could add that on your website for deliveries to Germany.”

“Worn them for a few runs now, inc a 70mile ultra. My 2 biggest issues are with the side pockets. If the internal phone pockets get wet, then they activate the screen on my phone which causes it to do loads of crazy things. Also when you use the pocket, it makes the internal shorts fall down my leg. Not my best purchase.”

“Fantastic kit ....as always. Only downside is ladies thigh measurements must be off a runway model as the inner shorts are way too tight. Bought mens which have better pockets and longer rise.”
