“I HAVEN'T HAD CHANCE TO PUT THE HAT THAT I GOT TO TEST IN THE RAIN YET BUT IT IS VERY WARM. I WAS IMPRESSED HOW FAST IT ARRIVED HERE FROM WHEN I SENT FOR IT WITH ALL THE EXTRA POST THAT MUST HAVE BEEN GOING ON SO NEAR CHRISTMAS.”

“I bought the heated gloves size small for my wife’s Christmas as she suffers from Raynaud’s (white fingers). Unfortunately the glove fingers were way too long for her hands so we had to return them. They were excellent quality just too big.”

“From my recent email to your help desk: "A small thing: in the meantime, I keep receiving invitations to buy more things from Sealskinz. Perhaps you can appreciate the irritation of that. And today, there is an email asking for reviews of the hat and gloves that I paid for but suspect(fear) I will not receive. There was an AI 🤖 bot that “tried” to handle my complaint. Perhaps it would be a better use of AI to co-ordinate communication within your organization (ie, with your sales and marketing departments) to avoid this kind of insult rather than to mollify insulted customers." I expect that if and when my order comes to me I will be happy, but this request for a review is really an insult, and I have taken to using the expression "Artificial Idiocy" to refer to the do not reply automated email systems like yours.”

“Good gloves which keep my hands warm when cycling, I usually have them on medium setting and find it’s enough, the only problem is they are very tight around the cuff, my hands fit well when inside them , hopefully they might stretch a bit with all the pulling?”

“Quality gloves, and quality rechargeable batteries too. All very well made. Bought a Small size, and it's very odd. The wrist area is indeed small, but the palm/fingers are huge as if for an average size man. So the glove only fits a slim handed lady, leaving the fingers afar too huge, it's almost comical. So I cannot recommend these small size gloves at all, just for that reason. It seems a like a manufacturing error.”
