“Good products and the sale was tempting, but frustrating that you can't filiter sizes, too many items only left at the smallest size.... Like the waterproof hat, warm, comfortable and good for purpose.”

“Company is great, but poor description of Swaffham mittens doesnt describe how they have finger separators within the mitten, which was the reason why we returned them. Disappointed you dont sell an equivalent of the brilliant Skiddaw mitten”

“The gloves themselves are beautifully made — excellent build quality, comfortable, and very effective at keeping hands warm. Since receiving a replacement pair, they have performed exactly as expected. As of today, I’ve just returned from a walk wearing them and they switched on immediately, held their heat perfectly throughout, and behaved exactly as they should. No issues at all. What I would particularly like to highlight is Sealskinz’s customer support. I experienced an intermittent issue with my original pair (which was difficult to reproduce in testing), and despite the gloves not being purchased directly from Sealskinz, the team were professional, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout. They took the time to investigate, listened carefully to the problem, and ultimately arranged a replacement without fuss — even after their own tests didn’t reveal a fault. That level of support is increasingly rare and deserves recognition. I now have a pair of gloves that work perfectly, and confidence that Sealskinz stand behind their products and customers. Very happy with both the gloves and the way the issue was handled.”

“I ordered some slippers on 30/11/25. When they arrived they were too small so I did an exchange for a bigger size. I got an email on 13/12/25 to say my new order had been placed. I have still not received the bigger size, no tracking available and now a Christmas present that has never arrived. I’m not sure when I will receive them or if I ever will. It’s a shame because I love sealskinz products.”

“Gloves really good quality but sizing poor. Need more dimensions as purchased gloves for my son who came up in medium, decided to go for large and then swapped for extra large still too short. Returns excellent and very efficient. Sent a query re poor sizing not heard back yet but was only a week before Xmas.”
