“Great gloves, not as thick or warm as i was expecting but will do. Replacement for other sealskin gloves that the fungers had frayed, material split”

“Sealskinz are good at chasing you for feedback - but when you try & chase them for what you consider faulty goods they’ve sold you they are equally as good at completely ignoring you”

“I order3d a set of heated gloves online, they matched previous size Sealskinz (none heated) I've had, and were slightly oversized according to the size chart on the web site. I contacted support, and the service was absolutely superb. The gloves were quickly and efficiently replaced with the next size up, at no additional cost to me. As for the gloves themselves, tested today in the Peak District, and are wonderful - the heating is fantastic! Gloves are well made and of great quality. Just sized somewhat small at the cuff. (I needed the next size up, to be able to get them on with the battery packs in place.)”

“Bought running shorts. Design and comfort are great but the finish was poor. I had to cut out a lot of excess fabric on the inner seam linings that just were not tailored with any level than would be expected with the garment cost.”

“Good quick service. Signed up to get 20% off first purchase then once I had was informed this wasn't on sale items. Annoying as it didn't say in advert on Sealskinz website landing page. The gloves are good but I think there's an error in production; both gloves have an overlap of fabric on the inside so gloves gather in palm.”

“I ordered a pair of ladies gloves. They cost about $100 You sent the wrong size. I contacted your customer service. They told me I have to pay to replace my order that you made the size mistake of. That’s terrible customer service. I’ll never buy anything from you again. And I’ll certainly be sure to inform everyone I know of your terrible customer service.”
