“Recently bought two pairs of SS running socks (waterproof and non waterproof) and I really like the feel and quality of both. The Blofield double layer socks have a soft, padded feel and seem really comfortable - further I've worn them so far is an 8 mile run. One issue is that I was unsure about sizing for the waterproof running socks - website info confused. Used the contact form and the bot response was not that helpful either. Shame that I couldn't contact a human with my query.”

“The gloves that I purchased were great to wear the first couple of times. However, the internal liner kept turning inside out each time that I removed my hands from each of the gloves. It quickly became a nuisance and then rendered them unusable. Within a week I chose to stop using them and will likely use them to stoke my camp fire. Respectfully submitted, Allen L. “i have already sent email few weeks ago but no reply - Dear Sealskinz Team, I recently placed an order with you (Order Number: UK355477) for two pairs of waterproof socks. However, the ones I received are the thin version, whereas I have consistently ordered the thicker version over the past several years. I have been a long-time customer of Sealskinz, purchasing from you for the last 10 years. While I have often used the guest checkout, my previous orders have always been for the thicker waterproof socks. If you check my past orders under my name and address (2A Holly Park Drive, Bradford BD7 40A), you will see that I have consistently bought the same type. I'd like to return these two pairs and get the correct thicker version instead. Please let me know: 1. The return process for these socks. 2. The correct item reference for the thicker version. 3. “Very disappointed in the quality and response of this company. I have an email to address the issues I have with these gloves considering the price I paid for them. They are not as warm as it saids, the seal logo immediately started to fall off on day one wearing them and sent email to your support team and got no response nor could I have find a way to return these gloves.”
