“Ordered two caps for my husband for running and he absolutely loves them! They’re lightweight and fit him really well. The foldable design is brilliant too as he travels quite a bit, so perfect for tucking away in his bag. Machine washable also! Really happy with them!”

“The gloves i recently purchased fell apart after using one 3 times! I have used sealskins for years and have recommended them to people, this time I'm very disappointed”

“On your end things went fine,but when you turn it over to a third party shipping company thats when things got out of hand.it took two and a half weeks for the order to arrrive.it was not easy finding out information about my order at all. you should have one of your US employees order something and see ! nNow if yor going to tell me that " its out of our hands" dont email me back and i will go back to wearing Dex Socks.”

“It says on the website '20 years of experience in manufacturing'. I believed I was getting a British product but when it arrived it had a label 'Made in China'. Was buying this hat as a replacement for a previous Sealskinz hat that had fallen apart. This hat is so crumpled from posting that it looks awful. Poor quality products.”

“Purchashed Sealskinz Upwell "Waterproof" and heated gloves on 20th November 2024 for use in wet and cold weather cycling. Extremely disappointed with them and will not use again. Massively overstated waterproof properties, very poor battery charging instructions, unsuitable product for wet weather cycling, extremely poor customer support in response to the detailed feedback I provided to Sealskinz. After 4 months, still no reply, only A! geneterated holding messages. DO NOT PURCHASE FOR WET WEATHER CYCLING.”
