“Have utilised these socks for a good many years. Started using them for cycling to work which I did everyday regardless of the weather. Before I found these socks my feet would be soaked and freezing within the first half mile. Water inevitably found a way in by the end of my ride, but that was mainly due to it running down my legs and seeping in through the top. I think, at one time, I did have a pair which had silicon seal at the top. These faired better although on some of my longer rides, around an hour, water would still find it's way in, but, I stayed drier and warmer for longer, allowing for an all together easier commute. I now use these for my job. As a ground worker, I find myself often, standing in water or sodden mud. With knee length socks and highleg, combat style, work boots I am much more comfortable than wearing heavy, cold and clumsy wellies. The only drawback being my big toes. They eat through socks in no time. That being said, these sealskins still put up a better fight and last longer than standard socks, before my toes finally burst through.”

“Nice looking Wereham hat and gloves set bought in the sales. Wouldn't have bought at full price. My head usually fits youth sizes so I found the hat a bit big so passed the set onto my wife who it fits and she loves it. Only downside is the gloves seem a bit thin and aren't waterproof. Maybe something Sealskinz can work on.”
