“Ordered the fold up cap. It is brilliant! Really neat fold on the peak which allows the cap to be folded and put in your pocket. Fab quality and fit is great, both for male and female. Quick delivery and sustainable packaging.”

“Order was completed quickly and shipping (UK to US) took about a week. However, I discovered that I had ordered the wrong size - completely my fault. Given it was user error and also I purchased from the outlet figured that was it. However, decided to see if there was a way to contact Sealskinz - the only option I saw was email. Even though I thought that would go nowhere I was surprised to get a response within about 15 minutes. Even more remarkable, Sealskinz would accept a return and refund me. More surprising was they sent a shipping label which eant I did not have to pay return shipping. Had they refused a return or exchange or refund, or had they asked me to pay return shipping, would have been reasonable. Had they not even responded to my email I would not have been surprised. This level of service is really exceptional. A note on the product - hiking socks. They were fabulous, were as advertised and well worth the cost. Given this experience it was easy to decide to re-order only this time I would select the correct size.”

“Great customer service. Gloves arrived within a few days of placing the order. I use my Sealkinz for riding my motorcycle, 100%waterproof, relatively warm but provides great feel of the controls. They work with my phone and SATNAV.”

“I am writing this review on April 4. I placed an order on March 7 and as yet not received the order. The most recent information shown on the travel history is from March 18 where it shows the item is "in transit". Since I have not received the item I have no way of evaluating it, but from this experience do not count on speedy delivery. It would be helpful if Sealskinz would provide at least some idea of a delivery time with each order to help adjust customer expectations. In my case I had placed the order a month in advance of a trip I will be leaving for on April 6.”
