“Great products as ever although sizes have become a trifle shrunken since the last purchase of light-weight waterproof gloves. No way would either of us be able to get the woollen liner gloves under these now. All good, but let us know you've altered the sizes.”

“First item - gloves. Very effective Second item - gloves but badly designed so didn't fit. I complained, this was upheld and I was reimbursed. Excellent service response. Third item - hat. Fits well and is very effective.”

“These were replacement gloves given as a Christmas present, however the lining has changed meaning that the gloves are now tight and not as warm as before, also, one of the velcro straps has already had to be reattached.”

“We are happy with the purchase of the Kirstead Waterproof Extreme Cold Hat though it will not be tested until the end of the month when we embark on a cruise to Antarctica. I do, however, have to return it for a larger size. The return process is unclear to me and I am still awaiting instruction on how to do so after I emailed the site last week.”

“excellent socks, wide toe, very compy. They keep your feet nice and dry from external water, but on long walks of several hours they don't get rid of the sweat, so I found a pair of thin socks inside helps keep your feet dry. My only complaint is a lack of sizing 9-11 means the socks have spare material in the boot.”
