“Super comfy, super warm and super stylish for slippers, however, I bought two pairs, one for myself and one for my son and both pairs have had the same issue. The inner fur lining on the insole has parted from the sponge part. Now after wearing them for 5mins the lining is all bunched up under your foot and you have to take off readjust and reset it. At the point now where my son will not wear them, shame really as only two months old. I have crossed over from another brand that has fur lining and a robust outer sole to give these a go. Needless to say I will be going back to the other brand and cannot recommend these at all. Sorry sealskinz, I really wanted these to work, so did my son.”

“New gloves have fingers too long for small hands like all other makes of glove. I had loved my Sealskins which have now nearly worn out which were small in size and had shortish fingers. I thought after 70 years I had found a make which really fits, but am so disappointed.”

“I have bought several Sealskinz items in the past as they were waterproof, windproof etc; baseball cap, bobble hats, gloves. This pair are neither windproof or weatherproof; the gloves seem to trap cold air and keep it that way. The touchscreen panels do not work, either. I ended up going to a Sealskinz stockist in Liverpool and bought a more lightweight pair, which, while not up to previous standards, are better than these.”

“I'd just as soon hike without my SealSkinz, as I'd hike without shoes. My GF and I are long-distance hiker/campers, having traversed over 2100 miles on the FT, the AT*, the PCT and JMT; and in Chile, Argentina, and New Zealand. (* That's GA, NC, TN, VA, WV, MD, PA, NJ, NY, CT, and MA.) We have no faith in "water proof" shoes/boots and rely on SealSkinz to keep our feet dry in our (quick-drying) trail runners. I've told dozens (if not 100s by this point) of other hikers about them, all over the world. We are doing 200 this summer on the JMT starting in June. So for this hike we're trying the waterproof GLOVES for the first time. We have no reason to imagine that they won't be fantastic! Always be hiking or planning the next hike, Keith and Jessica PS We've also hiked up and down Solsbury Hill which for you poor non-fans of Peter Gabriel is in England, where SealSkinz are made, but it was dry that day - maybe next time!”

“The item was a waterproof cap, that arrived quicky and well packaged. It was worn on a non-raining day, and my head was too hot, my bad. But recently I wore it during the rain for 4 over hours riding and it was brilliant. lt was lovely and cool and must be well vented as my head was not overheating or overly sweating.”
