My experience of the site and purchasing process has been a great one! I’m just not sure about the product. The socks seem far too large for my feet. Not length-wise, but width-wise. I purchase small socks and have size 5 feet, so I don’t think I chose the wrong size. I feel as though I might be able to fit both feet into one sock, side by side. Well, not literally, but they’re THAT wise. Is that how they’re designed to be?

Ordering with Sealskinz has been a frustrating and disappointing misadventure; after nearly four weeks and a lot of emails, I have half my order and no refund. The saga: I bought a waterproof beanie and a pair of waterproof gloves from the website, placing my order on 16th October with 48hr delivery. No order arrived; I contacted them about a week later; they told me that my order might still be on its way, and that their policy was to wait ten days to before resending packages. Ten days duly passed, and no parcel; I contacted them again; Sealskinz blamed Royal Mail and they agreed to resend it, and said that they would resend it express. Yet again, no package arrived. Sealskinz blamed DPD; DPD blamed Sealskinz. Finally, after more back and forth, Sealskinz said that they would resend it again. It finally arrived on 7th November; I excitedly opened it, and found that the hat had a large, glossy peg mark. I left it, expecting the fabric to relax, but it did not. I promptly contacted Sealskinz again; they refused to refund until I sent the damaged item back, despite clear pictures of the damage. It'll be nearly a month, and it's been an awful lot of inconvenience with no hat and no refund to show for it.

Easy to order online. Excellent service I ordered Saturday delivered on the Monday. My son does a lot of running and was very pleased with his hat and gloves.

Just ordered 2 pair of Gissing and 1 pair of Skeyton in size XL. Fit on the Skeyton is fine, but the Gissing gloves are way too small for my hands. Quality is fine on both.

I ordered 2 pairs of gloves from Sealskinz. Both were very good quality but one pair was a bit tight. I sent these back for a larger size and this was all completed without any fuss. Excellent customer service.

Bought these as a Xmas present so unable to give a full review, however, the socks arrived very quickly. Highly recommended by another cyclist so I’m sure they will keep my husband’s feet warm during the Winter months as he suffers badly from the cold. From what I can see they are of high quality and well finished off.
