“The customer service was excellent; so quick and easy and I'm pleased with the gloves, now I have the right size. My only criticism is the size guide on your website is very inaccurate. According to it I should be a size medium, but I actually needed an extra large. Its madness that your size is so incorrect”

“I bought these gloves for the dog walk to keep my hands free of mud and warm in the cold weather. They're lovely gloves, loads of grip, fit nicely and handle the dog lead wonderfully.”

“Measured my hand according to measurement guide and went one size up against my intuition. The gloves are too small. Took over a month to arrive. Don’t feel like dealing with return times. Don’t follow the size guide. Is my only advice. Very nice gloves otherwise they just don’t fit my hands.”

“Quality of the socks were appalling - Sealskinz replaced my order without my consent and sent some rubbish socks for over £40. Will never order again.”

Hi Alan, Thank you for your review. We're so sorry to hear of any disappointment with your recent order. We can see that the order referenced in connection to this review only has the Bradenham socks which were purchased on sale for £16.20 and are normally £18. These are a non-waterproof, luxury bamboo sock. If there is some other order you would like assistance with regarding a £40 pair, please reach out to help@sealskinz.com for support. Moreover, it doesn't appear that this order was changed in any significant way without your consent. There had been an internal change to the way the Bacton Waterproof Cold Weather Roll Cuff Beanie was recorded in our system so we did need to create a duplicate of your original order. This changed nothing about the cost or items on the order however. Please do get in touch if you would like any further assistance. We will be happy to help. Kind regards, Sealskinz Team

“Should be great gloves for our cycle up into the. artic Circle in May. Like a lot of other cyclists who bought these the size guide is inaccurate. Buy at least two sizes larger than you would normally wear.”
