“The company hid the fact that my order would be shipping from another country until after they shipped, well after order confirmation. It took 25 days for my order to reach me. For the prices they charge, this is ridiculous. If they can't be up front and honest about their shipping practices, I would not trust them in any other aspect of business.”

“Bought six pairs of gloves, 2 for son 2 for daughter and two for me One pair was faulty and I had to send back , recieved a replacement 3 weeks later, missing Christmas.Gloves were heavily reduced but fit were small and quality were not up to reduced price tag.Will not use again sorry.”

“Not as good as they were. Latest gloves may be waterproof but do not keep hands wam below freezing, especially on a bike with the windchill. The old gloves with Porelle lining and gel pads on the palms were so much better in winter conditions. Where are they now?”

“I bought three hats from here and have barely taken them off - I'm yet to wear the baseball cap but the two beanies have been an almost constant feature of my appearance since they arrived. They are snug and warm and dry, but my two criticisms would be that one of them goes a funny shape on my head because the outer layer slides up for some reason, and the other criticism is that, because they have about three layers and one of them is waterproof, it actually keeps out quite a lot of noise so consequently I sometimes can't hear what people are saying to me.”

“I returned gloves before Christmas looking for an exchange and when I realised they wouldn’t be delivered until after Christmas I asked for a refund. I was told it was too late the new gloves were on their way. It’s now 13th of Jan and I still don’t have them”
