“Have used sd hardware a few times now as I run a window and door company. Our most recent order they delivered one handle instead of two. In their delivery pictures you can see only one box but because I’ve told them a few weeks after they have rejected it. Strange that in their pictures you can one bar handle. But have now refused and hid behind the fact it’s out of their time scale for reporting. Ruining a building relationship over a bar handle which they know from their pictures wasn’t delivered.”

Hi Lui. Thank you for your message, and we truly appreciate your continued support and custom. We’ve carefully reviewed the details and understand your concern with a previous order. However, after checking our courier delivery images, we can confirm that both bar handles were included in the package. We have also checked our stock levels on our system and packing team and they confirm that two would of been sent. We also acknowledge that this issue was raised over two months after delivery. While we always aim to resolve issues fairly, our reporting policy, which is in place to help us investigate and resolve matters efficiently, does require discrepancies to be reported within 7 days upon delivery. The order was also signed for, which suggests everything was ok when the order was received. We absolutely value your business and do not wish to harm our relationship over any issue, large or small. “Managed to find the vents to fit the windows. Good price and fast delivery. Courier delivered to the wrong house so had to play hunt the parcel.”
