“I needed a rain deflector for a garage door and they seem to be the only place that’s sells them in that size. Excellent products carefully packed to protect them from getting bent”

“Ordering via website and delivery very straightforward. Far cheaper to go to SD Hardware direct rather than via B&Q, who they are an online supplier for.”

“Not really a criticisim of SD Hardware, but the order was dispatched on Wed 7th August but wasn't delivered by DHL until Monday 12th. Also, the Titon Trimvent 90 Hi Lift window vent canopy which I ordered wasn't as well made as same make it was replacing. The plastic end caps hinge to reveal the screw hole, but on one side the thin plastic hinge connection immediately snapped. My hot melt glue gun saved the day, but very poor quality.”

“Ordered three polished chrome casement window arms and locks. The items themselves were very good apart from the screws. These were very poor quality and two snapped in the window frame despite pre drilling. I now have jagged pieces of broken screw sticking out of the frames which i cannot remove. Delivery was quick, product very good but screws dreadful.”

“The order was placed and dispatched without C any fuss. I would have given 5 stars but the order I received was incorrect despite the company ringing me up to check the order I had placed was right. I’m hopeful that this will be rectified shortly”

“After added Vat on postage not as cheap as I first thought but needs must. Had to source screws but look ok when fitted.”
