“I had an issue when I placed the order online(of my own making!) which was very promptly resolved by Susan. Then, when the items I ordered arrived, they were missing screw caps. An email got another super quick response, and the missing caps were delivered the next day. It wasn't a flawless experience, but I am still happy to give 5 stars in light of the responses.”
