“Misrepresentation of goods. Manager appears not to understand anything. We ordered brass hinges listed as 'supplied with screws'. No screws came. All manager could suggest was to take hinges back and offer refund. Manager refused to look at website where it states 'supplied with screws'. Now we have to go out looking for appropriate screws. Would NOT recommend using this company.”

Most of the range do include screws but some do not. The listing has now been corrected so we thank you for bringing it to our attention. “Problem with my first ever order, order not processed for dispatch, had to phone to find out, was informed it was a computer glitch,ordered 5 items, two arrived, remainder to follow. Eventually received all five items.”

“Susan at SDH was really on the ball with our replacement hinge order and has a good eye for detail and spotted something which saved us paying more than we needed to pay. She was very very good with her communications from start to finish including being very friendly. The hinges have arrived and all looks good though we have yet to have them fitted. Thanks again Susan and SDH. I would highly recommend.”
