“Hello most every order something is missing really disappointed,last orde missing multilock supposed to fit the job this week now I have wait or order from somewhere else Really disappointed”

“Very helpful staff on phone, quick delivery and even though I ordered the wrong item (my own fault) the staff were very helpful in assisting me with ordering the correct item & arranging return and refund.”

“I purchased some Nico Pro Load door hinges from you a few days ago. I just wanted you to know that your service was really excellent and the 'on line' ordering nice and easy to navigate.
