“Having checked out various websites I ordered a door threshold. I found the SDH website well detailed relating to the item specification. Delivery time was excellent and despite a problem with the item the sales team responded immediately and resolved the issue. The response was first class which makes change nowadays. “We were sent 2 pieces of T2 rubber seal instead of 1 piece each of T1 and T2 - not helpful. But on advising you of this your associate was very quick to get the correct order out to us.”

“been waiting 4 weeks on my order. after being promised delivery on several occasions it still hasnt arrived. im behind schedule to get windows fitted and now have tradesmen standing about with no work to do and i still need to pay them. service has been disgraceful.”
