“After a long search I eventually found these grills which were the closest size to what I needed for some ‘welch glazing’ UPVC frames (I understand that company went out of business long time ago) so it was difficult to get replacements of exact size. These clip in fine and just about cover the recess, so I am happy.”

“SD initially sent the wrong item, but after contacting Chloe Jolley, she resolved the problem and I had the correct item in less than 24 hours. Not a bad response considering i live in the remote Scottish Highlands. Will definitely use again.”

“Came to SD Hardware looking for a matching rat tail window stay after buying a Total branded item from my local building supplies and I'm pleased to say that the Devoran range supplied is a perfect match. “First time I've used this company and am very pleased! Good prices, helpful phone contact , easy online ordering. Delivery nothing short of remarkable!! Ordered online at 15:40, Delivered to Essex next day at 11:00. I wasn't at home, got a call from delivery driver to say he was outside my house, what should he do! Asked him to leave parcel over side gate, id be home in 10 mins and that's what he did. Great Service!!”
