“I bought a couple of locking brass sash window fasteners. It is difficult to get too excited about them but they are fine. Delivered promptly end economically priced.”

“Sorry but I'm a bit disappointed with the service I have received. It's probably my fault to start with for not checking delivery times but as I usually use Coastal, Quest or ironmongery direct and usually receive parcels the day after ordering. I placed an order with SDH on a Monday and received the parcel on Friday at 5.20pm ! The package was missing four items, this was not because the package was damaged but they were never put in the parcel. I phoned and complained and a new parcel was sent out. On opening it I found that two of the items were the wrong colour from the original order! Im happy with the things I've ordered just not how long it takes to receive them.”

“Really helpful people who are as keen to help those placing small orders as those who are buying in bulk. Especially, kind was the time taken to send to my British Forces Post Office address which takes a little extra effort. Product was first rate, sent promptly and everything was done with care and attention. Can’t fault the service!”
