“My new trickle vent was purchased to replace an old one. It arrived quickly and was the perfect fit however no new screws were supplied? Thankfully the old ones were re-useable”

“Excellent quality products, everything turned up as expected, order had clearly been checked thoroughly as one pack didn't contain screws, however the two screws were added to the box. Customer service was excellent, when the order didn't go through online properly they got it sorted straight away.”
