“Ordered some replacement trickle vent covers.. which came very quickly but the screw covers had been missed off.. spoke to SD and received a big apology and they got the covers to me immediately… Very good service indeed.”

“Ordered three polished chrome casement window arms and locks. The items themselves were very good apart from the screws. These were very poor quality and two snapped in the window frame despite pre drilling. I now have jagged pieces of broken screw sticking out of the frames which i cannot remove. Delivery was quick, product very good but screws dreadful.”

“Ordered some replacement window lock covers. Was meant to arrive via Royal Mail but never arrived , phoned company and replacements sent via courier and arrived next day. Very impressed.”
