“Excellent service and support. Salesfire offers a 14-day trial period for all their products which I'd highly recommend trying, it's free! You get access to your own dashboard which is easy to use and highlights the KPIs you'd be looking for. Alongside this, you have a very friendly support team who are there to help and check in with you to make sure you are getting the most out of Salesfire while you are trialling/onboarding - shoutout to Andy! We've recently been assigned to our dedicated success manager, Hollie. Had a lovely introduction call with Hollie who's very friendly, helpful and answered any questions I had. I'm looking forward to working closely with Hollie and Salesfire to continue improving our conversion rate. Would recommend anyone in the e-commerce space to trial Salesfire.”

“We have been happy with the service so far with Salesfire. We have improvements to make with redesigning our overlays and Digital Assistant and Hollie our Account Manager has been proactive in helping us move this along.”

“Salesfire handles a lot of on site features that we would otherwise have to code in/invest extra time and revenue in to. They're a great plug and play option for growing stores. Hollie, our account manager, is friendly and knowledgable and after our intro call, came straight back with plenty of ideas and ways in which we could continue to drive success through the SF platform.”

“We've been using Salesfire for a couple of years now and have been extremely pleased with the service provided throughout this period. As a customer you are assigned a single point of contact, in our case Gaby, she has taken the time to understand our business and has tailored Salesfire's service to our specific business needs. As a result. we have seen significant uplift in the number of sales as well as average sales value which has allowed us to engage with our customers in new ways. We look forward to continuing to work with Salesfire and would recommend anyone with a web-based business to take a look at what they have to offer.”

“The ability for customers to message in an easy way that can be answered by multiple sales team members has greatly aided our business. Overlays have also been a huge help in directing customers to key pages of our site and are easy to design with the Salesfire platform.”

“Sophie is my account manager and she is absolutely amazing. She is full of amazing ideas, extremely knowledgeable of her products and services offered. With regards to other products that I have with Salesfire, they have worked extremely well in increasing the conversion rate on my website, as well as brought new life into how my customers are shopping and interacting with my website. I highly recommend Salefire and if I could, I've give them 10 stars!”

“We originally teamed up with Salesfire to improve the search functionality of our site, but soon found their other features were just as useful. We have had no issues setting up and using their services and the team at Salesfire are always happy to help if you need anything. The user interface is easy to navigate and deploying things like overlays and prompts is really straight forward. I would certainly recommend Salesfire for any e-commerce retailer looking for some extra tools to interact with their customers in a more targeted way.”

“We find the overlay tools to be great - can definitely see an increase in revenue and conversions. Were pleased with the 2 week search option trial - looking to see how we can implement this/how it fits within our budget moving forward. Really pleased with Sophie Wheadon - she is super helpful, patient and readily available to answer any questions/clarifications we need.
