You get access to your own dashboard which is easy to use and highlights the KPIs you'd be looking for. Alongside this, you have a very friendly support team who are there to help and check in with you to make sure you are getting the most out of Salesfire while you are trialling/onboarding - shoutout to Andy! We've recently been assigned to our dedicated success manager, Hollie. Had a lovely introduction call with Hollie who's very friendly, helpful and answered any questions I had. I'm looking forward to working closely with Hollie and Salesfire to continue improving our conversion rate. Would recommend anyone in the e-commerce space to trial Salesfire.
