I recently bought some trout fillets and cockles and whelks
The trout fillets where quite big (8 of them)
I have bought trout fillets before, but nothing like these, you can feed two people with just one (my eyes where bigger than my belly)
They cook up really nicely, salt, pepper, a drizzle of lemon juice, that it a meal in minutes
I havenât had cockles since the man used to come around the pubs with the basket of seafood, these were great
