“After a shaky start due to a faulty delivery from DPD, I was very pleased to open my box of fish. I have eaten most of the items I ordered (just the Regal Fish Pie for lunch tomorrow) and it was all delicious. Regal Fish staff were wonderfully supportive over my delivery problems and phoned me back twice to check that everything was finally ok.”

“I ordered dressed crab for my Mum, who loves crab, the order arrived on time (although it was incomplete as I ordered 2 and only 1 arrive - Regal Fish customer service team were excellent in dealing with this.
My Mum did say the Dressed crab was disappointing, it was mainly brown meat with the tiniest bit of white meat on the top, which is not what she expected or is used to.
I also ordered Salmon which was delicious.”

“products were fine but delivery not so good 3 orders were due to be delivered to my address driver came with 1 bag with 6 items in when I queried he said that was all he had he did come back later 1 item was missing and 1 item was incorrect you have refunded for the missing item but I have not bothered with the inorrect item as it was the same price as one ordeered”
