“The trout fillets looked beautiful so we had high expectations. We even bought some new tweezers to ensure we removed as many bones as possible! We cooked a light 'trout with salad' lunch - one we'd never tried before. The fish was gently cooked - tender as anything - but the flavour we hoped for simply wasn't there. We have more fillets - which we'll cook differently but still looking forward to eating them.”

“Ordered the fish for a set day and turned up first thing in the morning. It might have been the first drop off for the courier. The frozen blocks were still frozen and fish was cool. I wasn't given the option to use Regal delivery as it seems a bit fresher through them than the courier, but this time the fish seems as fresh. The fish are large in size and cut down well for smaller portions. I get a bulk order as I freeze them in individual portions on the day of delivery, saves delivery charge.”
“Good quality salmon as always but a little more care when descaling please 😋, the bus cheese cod Wellington were lacking in flavour, we will go back to the original cod wellingtons in future. Other than that the service great but now my husband and I are retired, I wish the prices were a little lower. We are not sure we can afford to keep getting our purchases not just from but fish prices in general. Thank you for your great product's and service.”

But now they are giving time slots and I was out because mine said after 2.30 and it was delivered just after 1.30 ? Something went wrong.”

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused. Our delivery time notification system is new and we have only just started using this at the start of the year. We will investigate further.
