“I haven't used my latest delivery yet, but the quality is usually good. Delivery is usually good but last week I was out (delivery times are usually later) and came home to find it had been left. A text would have been useful to let me know or one to give me some timescale for delivery.”
Thank you for your review and comments. Our usual default times are between 1pm - 7pm (depending on region). We are going to be improving our notification system with our customers in the near future so we can keep them informed of our delivery time slots on the day. This should ensure a more efficient service for you.

Thank you for your review and comment. I just wanted to respond to the concern with regard to the vein still being in the prawns. We can confirm that this is unlikely that it may be the main digestive system. This could be the thin line which runs underneath the prawn not linked to the digestive tract which is just part of the structure and is not visible after cooking. The prawns are starved for 24 hours prior to harvesting so that the digestive track is clear so would not necessarily be the dark black vein that is removed during the preparation process. I hope this puts your mind at rest, please feel free to contact us should you require any further info.

We are sorry that our change in delivery day has worked out not so suitable for you, unfortunately due to different times of year we may have to amend our days and we are unable to guarantee they may always fall on the same day each time. Our default times are between 1pm - 7pm, however we appreciate how our customers may have commitments on the day. We are always happy to take some delivery instructions with a safe place to leave the fish. Should our drivers arrive at an inconvenient time (and if it is possible for them) depending on your location on their route they may still be able to return later.
