Thank you for your review and feedback. I am so sorry to hear of your disappointment with the manner in which your delivery was made on this occasion. Our fleet of Regal vans are in an area usually between 1pm - 7pm and this is our default time more often than not, however this can be dependent on regions. We can arrange an afternoon/evening delivery time slot where possible if requested. “I've been a customer for some years now. Not normally a fan of smoked anything I thought I'd give the Smoked Haddock Rarebits a try. They are delicious. I'd buy the rarebit topping on its own! It deserves to be on other fish too.
Your sales team advise that you are still selling meat products but they are no longer on your website. Is this going to be updated soon?”
Thank you for your review, we are delighted you are enjoying our products. I am unsure if the meat range will be added back onto our website, these products were not transferred when we updated our website back in March 2023. I would suggest keeping an eye out in case it is reinstated again in the future. Please be assured the meat is still available for purchase with our order team.
