“Excellent quality, fresh and generally decent prices. We were slightly disappointed that for the last order the frozen cod loin had disappeared - although it has returned as a 600g offering, I see. Keep up the good work.”
“In response to an email that I received from your company, I visited your new website. I have been a fairly regular customer with yourselves and went looking for three items that normally order - Breaded cod fillets, breaded haddock and breaded plaice. I know that the breaded cod is smaller than you used to supply but perhaps it is what it is. The colour of the haddock was a much brighter yellow which did concern me. I sent an email asking if you were using artificial colouring and the fillets looked a lot smaller. I was told that breaded covering had not changed. Although I was still concerned about the size I still went ahead and placed an order. To my relief, I found the colouring to be okay and size was normal. Still think the photograph used gives the wrong impression. The breaded plaice was not available to order.”
