“I grew up on a tropical island. Fish and seafood was our daily source of protein. We learned to distinguish and appreciate the different tastes of fish, prawns, shrimps,crabs and developed our own preferences on the way seafood is prepared. So when I say I prefer battered Haddock to Cod, pan-fried Halibut to Hake, breaded grilled Doversole to Plaice, I do so from years of eating fish in different ways of preparing them. Regal Halibut fillet is excellent pan-fried. I served ours with my own sweet-sour sauce, garlic spinach and green beans, and steamed rice.”

The fish fillets are delicious & although we have to layout more capital on receipt of an order, the quality & portion soze beats anything in a supermarket.
