“Good quality, price of fresh fish is ott but not the fault of the retail. I've yet to try lobster they ready for a Christmas treat. The trout looks great as are the kippers.”
“Very impressed about the service, the packaging and delivering method. The lobsters were ok and not that impressive as it tasted like it had been frozen for a very long period and accompanied by slightly gone off taste. I wish we can have uncooked version of this product and may be the taste would be better. But thanks for a decently good service.”

“Sadly wasn't happy with our order. The goods (Canadian lobster) received were frozen dated as frozen in Feb 2024 with a use by date of Feb 2926, giving us just 3 months to consume, so it felt like this offer was simply selling off old stock 😞
Thankfully the customer service was very good when I logged my concerns.”

“I had the misfortune to have a courier delivered parcel of fish which had no cooling inside so arrived in not perfect condition. But give Regal Fish their do they are delivering another parcel this week plus a little more. Thank-you for looking after the customer.”

“I enjoy the breaded haddock filets and scampi but do experiment with other products Regal Fish do and they do a nice range. So far I have found all the products very good and will continue to use Regal Fish.”

“We've been using R F for some time now , & have never had cause to complain i.e quality , quantity or delivery. Yes , it may be a bit more expensive than yr supermarkets, but you get what you pay for , beautiful fresh fish that take literally minutes to cook in apan with a lump of butter 😋”
“Delivered on time, as expected. So far, one of the lobster tails was tough and not edible. Other 3 were fine. All cooked in Sous Vide together. A bit pricy.”
