“The quality of your fresh fish is excellent. We usually have a delivery by the Regal Fish van every 8 weeks. However, this time I ordered online as we were away on holiday when your guys rang up for our order. The parcel of fish was delivered on time, but the driver did not knock on the door, even though my husband was in the house. Instead the driver left it down the side of the house. Luckily my husband heard the van reversing and went to look. Goodness knows how long the fish would have been there otherwise.”
Thank you for your review and comments. We are glad to hear you are happy with our service and products. I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with the delivery being left on this occasion. Upon checking I see it was sent via Courier this time rather than with our Regal driver. We will report this over to DPD for you. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. They do send a notification to our customers with an hours time-slot of when the driver is expected and when the delivery has been made. Please be assured when using this service option all the goods are packed to ensure they stay fresh & frozen for 48 hours in case the goods are left in a safe place. We appreciate all feedback and thank you for flagging this up.

“I have been receiving regular orders for several years now. My orders have always been delivered at the time promised. There has never been a mistake in an order. It is always carefully packed, - and in ice when appropriate. But most importantly the fish has always been of the highest quality and absolutely delicious. The telephone staff are also very helpful and willing to answer such questions about the number of fish in a packet and always remind me of previous orders in case I should forget something.
