If I were to order similar again, I'd prefer the steaks to be twice as thick - ie 2 steaks per 1kg, as opposed to 4.
It's just my preference cooking wise.

“Had a mix of fresh & frozen and all good. I have to say the coley (fresh) was amazing, nice big chunky fillets instead of the tiny squares you usually get frozen. Smoked haddock (fresh - brill). Frozen haddock was a lot better than the place I used to go. I now have a new supplier, keep up the good work. Doing one review in one rather than for each species.”
