Quality of Food is top rated and would still buy again. Delivery service very good as well”

“Just wish the sea bass was frozen. I used to get 7/10 pieces in a bag, that’s not there anymore. No shantie’s, no 10 packs of frozen skinless salmon. The website is not brilliant, not easy to see if it’s fresh or frozen, how many fillets. No price per fish/kg. I’m looking elsewhere, which is a shame because I’ve been a customer for a long time.”
Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that some of the products you mention are no longer available in the pack sizes you have previously purchased. We do have the frozen seabass in 4 fillets and the frozen salmon portions available in 4 portions. We also have the fresh seabass 1kg of 7-10 fillets. All of these are on our website. The Shanties are currently unavailable, I am sorry about that, however these could be back again in the future. Please be assured all our prices are listed on the website, this will show on the individual items and show the prices per kg or 500g etc. We would be very sorry to see you go after being a loyal customer of ours for so long. “Excellent quality products particularly the fresh fish. We like to freeze this at home in preference to the already frozen fish, which, whilst also being of great quality and value, can be a bit "wetter" than fresh fish when defrosted due to the ice glaze. The delivery service is very good and convenient.”
