Thank you for your review and comments. Our drivers are issued with our own Regal branded insulated Cool bags, should our goods be left in a safe place the order will be stored in these.

Only complaint is the emails about delivery. Lately they don't include an approx delivery time...or even the date. Luckily I put it on my calendar!”

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are so glad you enjoy our fish as much as we do!
We are trying to add delivery dates and times to our emails. However, the delivery date can currently be located on your online account when you click into your order. The date shows in the Order Notes section of the page. Our Van deliveries are all delivered between 1pm and 7pm and couriers are all delivered before 12-noon. DPD will send you an update on the day of delivery with tracking details if you are using our courier service. This is something we hope to soon implement on our Regal vans too.

“The fish was good quality...very fresh and firm, however the 2kg was made up of five fillets one of which was VERY thin comp\red with the others which were not even sizes. The fillet choice to make up the 2kg was uneven meaning that about a third will only be fit for fish pie.”

Please be advised that the size of the whole fish landed and purchased from our supplier prior to filleting will vary. As a wild product we are unable to guarantee an even size, thickness and number of fillets each time, as we supply it by weight rather than a specific quantity the number of fillets will also vary.

“Your product quality is fine. My only complaint is that before you upgraded your website it was possible to nominate an AM or PM delivery time. Since the change I am faced with having to allocate the whole day waiting for my delivery in case it arrives in the evening. I am considering whether it would be easier to source my fish locally.”

Thank you for your feedback. Our website has a delivery page that details when you can expect your delivery, depending on the delivery method you choose. Our courier deliveries are all delivered before 12 noon and you will receive tracking details from DPD on the day of delivery. Our van deliveries are delivered after 1 pm. You can always contact our admin team on the day of your delivery, and they will be happy to offer an estimated delivery time for van deliveries.
