Not the case when you look at the small print. I down loaded your app as I thought it would help me track the delivery. After I received an email to tell me the item had been dispatched.The information on the app didn't change. It would be useful to receive delivery updates. I didn't receive any other advice of expected delivery. I called your customer service number, only to be told that the mail box was full. I then emailed your customer services, and received a prompt answer that my order was scheduled for delivery on the 3rd or 4th November. Is there not a way that if you have that info, it can't be relayed to the customer in the info on your app updated?”
“Ordered the EasyControl Bosch thermostat, it is a very good price and works very well, my only gripe is I paid the extra to have it delivered the next day well before the 3pm cut off time and it took 2 days to come.”
“Bought these to replace an original set of taps on our cast iron bath as we were having it resurfaced and our old taps dripped.
First problem they were not quite as big as our old taps so only just covered the existing holes.
The plumber managed to sort that little problem.
The first time we used them the hot tap started leaking.
So back to square one
We are now searching the internet for original taps, which is a shame because they are really nice taps.”
“I ordered a part from you and it was delivered promptly. However, I had phoned several times beforehand to check the part and left messages but noone returned my calls. In the end, I had to spend a lot time to check/research myself as it was an expensive part and I didn't want to order the wrong thing. My experience could have been made much easier had I been able to speak to someone first.
Also another point, I specifically asked for the parcel to be left with a neighbour if noone was home. Instead, the courier company Evri left it outside the front door, despite also a LARGE note stuck on the inside of the glass door also with those instructions! I was very fortunate that it hadn't been stolen before I got home!”
