“Disabled toilet not working I need the part urgently still not received got in touch twice but was told I have to wait ten working days, even offered to pay if it did turn up as part needed to make toilet work but refused, disgusted still waiting”

I placed an order for an item in early Feb. A few days later I receive a parcel containing a completely unrelated item (boiler thermostat)with absolutely no paperwork or indication of where it came from.
When I contacted Plumb2U's customer service dept they provided a tracking number for my parcel but were unable to confirm what item they had actually dispatched. Once confirmed the thermostat had been sent by them I was asked to supply a photograph of the item before being provided with a returns label and asked to post it back.
I finally received the correct order 3 weeks later.
The customer service dept were polite but I suspect they have to deal with this scenario on a regular basis.
Not a great experience.”
