“The toilet roll holder bar would not come out of the holder. When eventually wrestled out, had to hammer in the pin one end to make it be able to be taken in and out. Other than that, now fitted working fine”

I placed a order on Friday, payed extra for express delivery and item delivered early on Saturday.
Unfortunately, there was a dispatch mistake and the item delivered was not the item I had ordered.
An added unfortunate circumstance was that the company was closed on Saturday until Tuesday, as it was the New Year weekend.
My message was picked up early on Tuesday and arrangements made promptly for replacement and collection of incorrect item. Next day I received correct item and collection of incorrect item, All went very smoothly so very efficient service. However, it does raise the question of the express delivery charge, as effectively I had to wait 5 days for delivery of the item I needed.
Would I use this company again. Yes, these mistakes happen.”
“I thought I was ordering Harvey Mini Curve Blocks and the rectangle blocks which I received do not fit my machine and I have to chop them up with a hammer which is difficult. I couldn't send them back as the packaging was torn and rainwater had got in so it was all in a mess.”
