“I don't know much about the shop but the tap connector you sent was SHOCKING!! it leaked like a fountain. I bought another one from Screwfix and it was perfect. The one that you provided was cheap and flimsy. which is a criticism of the product, not the shop.”

“Havnt used the pump yet. I was ordered after an inspection by a local plumber who got it completely wrong. There was nothing wrong with the original except a loose neutral wire in the switch. 🙄”
