“I ordered a part from you and it was delivered promptly. However, I had phoned several times beforehand to check the part and left messages but noone returned my calls. In the end, I had to spend a lot time to check/research myself as it was an expensive part and I didn't want to order the wrong thing. My experience could have been made much easier had I been able to speak to someone first.
Also another point, I specifically asked for the parcel to be left with a neighbour if noone was home. Instead, the courier company Evri left it outside the front door, despite also a LARGE note stuck on the inside of the glass door also with those instructions! I was very fortunate that it hadn't been stolen before I got home!”

Heritage toilet seat could have been better. The 'oak effect' was
spoiled by an unattractive stripe on the lid. It was an expensive item and quality
control should have spotted this. Another smaller blemish on the seat
also spoilt the overall effect. This was a replacement for a damaged seat
and not practical to return the item.”
