“Sammy and Ash's favourite bedding brand! Softest most comfortable woodshavings they've ever had the pleasure of napping on. Both very big fans of the treats also - dandelion roots in particular! Very quick delivery as well. All in all a great service and would give 10 stars if possible.”

To ensure the safe and timely arrival of our sample packs, we use a trusted courier service. We've tried our best to keep costs down for our customers by not charging the full amount we pay for postage or for the feed and bedding within the sample packs. Additionally, if purchased with any other item, we've dropped the delivery cost further to just £2. The sample packs are just that, an opportunity for your animals to try a variety of our products before committing to a larger bag. “Fantastic hay! My buns love it…I love listening to their happy chomping :-) The vet always says comments on how healthy and happy my rabbits are. I first bought from Pillow Wad because they were a family business - I’d rather my money goes to a family community. I like how they are committed to supporting charity and they have now moved to biodegradable packaging - I know nothing about farming but I am hoping they are considering how they can make their farm more biodiverse, in light of the tragedy of climate change and species loss. Their delivery is always fast and their customer service is great. Most of all this is a business who regularly ask their customers what they want, and listen to the feedback. As long as I have bunnies, which will probably be for the rest of my life, I will buy from Pillow Wad!”

“What a fabulous company. Not only do you support a small UK business, but everything they send out is 100% top quality. Excellent fully compostable plastic free packaging too. My 2 bunnies go bonkers for the Timothy Hay & dandelion roots! You can’t go wrong with Pillow Wad.”

“I've recently ordered 3 packs of alfalfa hay, and I was really disappointed with the quality. More than half the bag is just dust, hardly any full stalks. My bunnies don't even want to eat this.”

Hi, This review is very upsetting for us to read. The pictures look like the last bit to come out of the machine and we are very sorry this has been sent out to you. We keep these bags to one side and to prevent any waste we spread it on the fields which acts as a natural fertiliser, helping to promote healthy growth. These bags should have been rejected and I assure you we will investigate how this didn’t happen. We are a family business that really cares about the lovely people that use our products and want to ensure they get the quality we set out to produce. We have written on the bags to get in touch if something is not quite up to the high standards we strive for. With most of our products being naturally grown outside there are many factors where the products can differ. That is why we are always here to listen to any issues and help to resolve them as quickly as we can. “Website clearly says free next day delivery on orders over £20. I placed a £30 order and only gave me 2 to 3 day delivery. Very misleading and give false promises. Regret using them and wouldn't use again.”

“Very quick delivery I'm new to here I habe 2 baby guinea pigs, they love the alpha hay I mix it with farmers choice happy fur babies, good quality lots to choose from and I'm in love with the hides you make from cardboard what a genius idea the piggies love them so easy to put together. I will be ordering again happy piggies happy human thank you 😊”
