“My pen would not work. I was asked to try several different things which I did. Then was ask take a video showing the liquid would not dispense. It’s been over 3 weeks. And I feel like they trying make out it’s my problem. I’ve still not had a reply or solution. I’m very unhappy I paid in good faith and I’m being treated terrible.”

“Easy to use except for using post office and sign only for delivery. Extremely limiting. Delivery straight to post office of choice would be acceptable but post office is archaic and takes a day or 2 to offer this. Poor”
