My pen would not work. I was asked to try several different things which I did. Then was ask take a video showing the liquid would not dispense. It’s been over 3 weeks. And I feel like they trying make out it’s my problem. I’ve still not had a reply or solution. I’m very unhappy I paid in good faith and I’m being treated terrible.
