“I ordered online and a lovely girl called Danielle,from the warehouse rang me to say my size was out of stock. She checked all stores to see if it was available anywhere , then called me again
Then mentioned there was a dress similar gave me the code . I looked it up online rang her back and she organised for it to be delivered to my nearest store as I needed it for a party asap. When I got to the store in Carlow they rang me that morning to say it had arrived.
Really excellent communication from warehouse to me and shop everything...couldn't ask for better
