“Service was pretty good initially but I ordered the wrong size. When returning the item there was an option for refund or exchange which I thought was brilliant, I chose exchange and noted the correct size, unfortunately i received a refund.. when I contacted customer service they said they could do nothing as the refund had already been processed but when I reordered the item they would take the postage off, this was of no benefit as the item I was purchasing had free delivery anyway. Pretty annoying to offer an exchange service and then not follow through with it. I still haven't reordered the correct sized item as a result.”

Thank you for your feedback. We do apologise on this matter. There must have been a mix up as the online time who deal with the refunds are giving these by the refund/exchange department. So apologies again for this issue! We can assure you that something like this won't happen again in the future.

“Disappointed , product not up to usual standard I had from this seller in the past. No store locally to get in store experience. Charged fir postage and then a further €9 for the return . Note if item is 500g then parcel post rate applies despite what Pamela Scott site says. At least the refund of item cost was not overly delayed. Even though I was a regular shopper of this store I won’t be any more as on line costs me in time and trouble to have to return items at extra cost to me.”
