“Great service, value and selection. I have enjoyed shopping in Pamela Scott's for years, both online and in the Tralee shop. I've only ever had to return something once, so I brought it to the shop and I found the Shop Assistant very friendly and helpful. Their Sales are also fantastic, especially for the shoes!!”
“I ordered a linen dress in sky blue but it arrived in royal blue even though it said sky blue on invoice. I just think you shouldn't have to pay postage for wrong item received. Very quick delivery and they did send me a scarf as a free gift even though I will never use it. I would rather have been given a discount on the dress.”
