“Disappointed , product not up to usual standard I had from this seller in the past. No store locally to get in store experience. Charged fir postage and then a further €9 for the return . Note if item is 500g then parcel post rate applies despite what Pamela Scott site says. At least the refund of item cost was not overly delayed. Even though I was a regular shopper of this store I won’t be any more as on line costs me in time and trouble to have to return items at extra cost to me.”

“Quality of products was lovely, but sizes were not true. If free size in a blouse/shirt means one size, it was completely wrong, it was a size 10/12 at most and size 16 trousers had size 12 waist. Very disappointed as I wanted them for a special event.”
