“Sent me the wrong size jeans,I contacted customer service on Instagram .Firstly they tried to convince me that the jeans they sent -size 0 was a size 8.When I advised they,as retailers needs to familiarise themselves with size conversion chart they conceded that they sent me wrong size and would get customer service to contact me through e-mail,I never heard anything from them.Very bad service”
